Ever browsed you file system using Windows Explorer, and wanted to lauch a terminal window in that same directory? There is a hidden, but really neat, shortcut to open cmd or powershell from Explorer: Just go to the address bar and type cmd or powershell and there is your terminal with the working directory set to the one you had open in Windows Explorer!
